My friend and I agreed to go tell her that we didn't feel comfortable eating something that hadn't been prepared respecting the world pandemic's health measures. We then realized this same woman was preparing our food with no mask, or gloves, or even the hair tied back. As I said, we accepted BECAUSE it was the only vegan place open. She added : kitchen here is very slow, so you will need to give us time. She then asked us if we were vegan (if i'm not you would not offer me lunch ?). She gave us just two options (tacos and burgers), given that it was the only vegan place even if it sounded small, we accepted. The woman in the reception said that they just had a few dishes left.
There was not a easy access to alcohol gel. The other clients, working on their computers (not eating or calling) weren't either. The person in the reception was not wearing a mask, nor any protection. We arrived at the local and nobody was respecting the health measures issued by the government. We were excited to find a place that aligns with our ethics to have lunch. Today, as a vegan person myself and with a vegetarian friend we came by this establishment. I am surprise a supposedly ethic because vegan space would be so dismissive of community well being. 1 year agoThis place is unsafe and very disrespectful with health concerns, and falsely friendly. My advice is: never go there hungry (and even this sounds weird if u go to a Café/Restaurant) and have a lot,really a lot of time!ġXimena M. too bad I was allowed to have such a bad experience. The two guys would just let me go after asking,but than I had to pay for the smoothie after another employee, who was worried about the money, got involved. until I left none of the employees apologized for waiting time or s.th like this what I don't consider customer friendly. btw, my food was prepared together with the other order, so it's no wonder that it takes so long, but for me it is definitely to long more than 70 minutes to prepare a sandwich. it was supposed to promise another 5 minutes until the meal was ready, but I already knew the answer. because I was still hungry after waiting over 70 minutes. after the last 10 minutes I said that I would like to go. After more than 60 minutes, I asked if it was foreseeable when the food, which was a sandwich, would be ready. More guests arrived 40-45 minutes after me.
